DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Web Design Falcon will only provide finalized designs to the client after receiving a written request for finalization; once completed, the client will receive all of the logo's final core files and will own 100% of the logo's rights.

POPULATION AND CONTENT CREATION

Web Design Falcon will not be held liable for creating or adding content (such as text or images) to the website unless this service is purchased in full. The following terms apply if you purchase this service:

Web Design Falcon will take reasonable steps to prevent its officers and directors from making such comments.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

If you need to access your completed design files later, simply contact Web Design Falcon and request the exact file. With their records available, they should be able to quickly locate and deliver the design files you require.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Web Design Falcon's primary focus is to provide design and consulting services to clients. We will design and build the services that the client requires, and in some cases, our packages may include technical features to help with website and email functions. Web Design Falcon will provide the client with general information about these services, as well as the configurations required to ensure proper operation. There are connections on our website to other websites that may have different privacy practices than ours. These websites all have privacy policies that describe how your personal information is handled and protected. It is strongly advised that you go over each website's privacy statement. Please keep in mind that we do not offer extensive training or tutorials. The services will be installed on the customer's side. Web Design Falcon may offer the following services, but these are not exhaustive:

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Web Design Falcon and the client for technical support or service outages unless they are purchased as an ongoing maintenance service.
