- Web Design Falcon is not liable for any similarities between the images used on this website and those used on other websites.
- Web Design Falcon will populate the website with products and details; however, the client is responsible for supplying product images and details.
N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANGEMENT POLICY
- Web Design Falcon ensures that the client's personal and project information is kept private and not shared with others.
- After the project has been completed successfully, Web Design Falcon and the client agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other in any subsequent matters.
- After the project is completed successfully, both parties agree not to make any disparaging remarks about the client or the company's employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners. Web Design Falcon will take reasonable steps to prevent its officers and directors from making such comments.
RECORD MAINTENANCE
If you need to access your completed design files later, simply contact Web Design Falcon and request the exact file. With their records available, they should be able to quickly locate and deliver the design files you require.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY
Web Design Falcon's primary focus is to provide design and consulting services to clients. We will design and build the services that the client requires, and in some cases, our packages may include technical features to help with website and email functions. Web Design Falcon will provide the client with general information about these services, as well as the configurations required to ensure proper operation. There are connections on our website to other websites that may have different privacy practices than ours. These websites all have privacy policies that describe how your personal information is handled and protected. It is strongly advised that you go over each website's privacy statement. Please keep in mind that we do not offer extensive training or tutorials. The services will be installed on the customer's side. Web Design Falcon may offer the following services, but these are not exhaustive:
- You are about to launch your website.
- Web Design Falcon will host the customer's website on our demo hosting server.
- Web Design Falcon's test hosting service for the demo website is provided free of charge to the client. This service will be available until the client's websites go live on their separately purchased hosting from us or another provider.
- Please be aware that if the customer purchases a third-party web server to host the website, Web Design Falcon will not be held liable for any server or hosting-related issues.
There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Web Design Falcon and the client for technical support or service outages unless they are purchased as an ongoing maintenance service.
- A Content Management System (CMS) is a system that manages website content.
- Web Design Falcon will provide the client with a user guide to assist them in using the website's Content Management System (CMS).
- It is not Web Design Falcon's responsibility to train clients on the previously mentioned Website Content Management System (CMS).
- Emails Setup.
- Web Design Falcon will provide the client with the information and configurations required to install the emails on their own.
- Web Design Falcon is not responsible for the client's installation of the aforementioned emails.
- Web Design Falcon is not obligated to provide technical assistance or support in resolving email usage issues because our emails are hosted on public servers and accessible to any provider.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Official emails, such as support@webdesignfalcon.com, are the only acceptable means of communication. We are not responsible for any damages, issues, or delays caused by communication channels other than those provided by us. We are accountable for all information transmitted via our official domains.
